Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are applicable only for unused trial packs that are returned the next day. Once we receive the packs, we will issue a refund for the same. 
• For subscription plans, a refund will only be issued for unused quantities. Delivery amount and GST on services, packaging will not be refunded.
• We do not accept returns for air dried treats, mixed bowls, supplements, boxes, and other diets.
• Payments made via Pay Later apps like Simpl and LazyPay will not be refunded.

Delivery, Handling Charges, and Taxes

At Bau Chow - Proper Dog Food, we may charge delivery and handling charges along with applicable taxes at our sole discretion, subject to change without prior notice.

Currently, the delivery and handling charge is Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred only), inclusive of applicable taxes. However, this charge may be revised without prior notice.

Customizations

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any customization, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the products. If you need to make customizations to your order (e.g., change of recipes, address, or delivery date) after placing and confirming it, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.

Ordering and Pricing

Please be aware that the quantity of the product ordered and the quantity supplied may vary slightly due to the nature of the products. The price displayed on our platform is for the specific quantity of the product listed. GST will be added at checkout, including shipping costs. The final amount you pay includes shipping and GST.

The actual amount charged to you will be based on the actual quantity of the product delivered to you. Any difference between the estimated price and the actual price will be adjusted through a refund by Bau Chow or payment of the difference by you to Bau Chow. Excess amounts paid will be refunded to you, and the mode of refund will be the same as the payment method used for the original transaction.
